"What the Papers Say" Press Reviews
"Do you know which clothes best suit your astro profile? No, nor
did I until I consulted astrologer Pat Harris. I
gave her my date and time of birth and the next
day a package arrived advising me how to dress for success.
Apparently, the "best-for-me" colours are lilacs, blues and
deep reds, I like to wear slinky, close-fitting
clothes and I'm an avid follower of fashion. A
quick glance in my wardrobe confirms that everything my profile
says about the right colours and style for me is absolutely true.
Spooky ...."
Nicola Gill, journalist from Astro addicts
feature article in Cosmopolitan, December, 1998
"The very first line nailed me: It said classics, like the
little black dress, were my perfect signature -
I've got about 300 of them."
Jo Adams, Fashion Editor, Astro Fashion Profile Review in The
Observer On Sunday, 13 December,
1998
"The profile considers your personal, professional and romantic
images and what best suits them. For one who is
very sceptical of astrology, I found it extremely
accurate. Some of my key colours are golden and red - my wardrobe
is full of such. My reds "can be bright and shiny", the
profile went on to say. I suddenly felt completely
justified in having splashed out a fortune on a
red silk jacket and dress! The section on fantasy image was great
fun... I do quite see myself being worshipped like Cleopatra."
Tracey Beardsley, journalist, from
"Style in the Stars" feature article published in the Hampshire
Society Magazine, January, 2000
Three readers were featured in an astro fashion profile make-over in
an article by Rachel Snowden - "Star Sign
Style" in The Daily Mail published on 21st
February, 2000. Here's what they had to say:
"My profile described me as "bright and breezy", which
is true. I like unrestricting clothes - I love
dancing and like to be able to relax, so it's important
to be comfortable and able to move freely." Liz
Adams
"I'm not attracted to bows and frills. I am quite conservative -
all my clothes are dull, functional colours and my
wardrobe ethic is warmth, comfort and simplicity.
When I first saw my outfit, I really wasn't keen - the
lacy frill was too girly - but when I tried it on I found myself liking
it so much I'd consider buying it." Kate
Miller
"The first aspect of my star profile that struck me as accurate
was the colour schemes." Emma
Fryer
Nicola Rose of Red Magazine:
"She got my sporty urban look spot-on, but the
best bit was my "fantasy image". Apparently, I find
Mata Hari's style "deeply appealing", while Eve's fig leaf
would "make an impression" and the Barbarella look would
"enhance my sexuality."
Red Hot, Red Magazine, November, 2000.
"I was impressed by the Astro fashion
Profile for several reasons - not least of which was its remarkable
accuracy, which is the result of good astrology focused on one area,
said simply. As for the details regarding style, colours,
fabrics and so on - if I didn't know myself how this was arrived at, I
would be stunned by the accurate portrayal of my personal style.
As it is, this is a great commercial product, a creative astrological
enterprise, and very practical - I highly recommend Astro
fashion Profile as part of any "image consulting" business or
personal use - for men or women!" Erin Sullivan,
April, 2001.
